Leading fashion, art and design School, Istituto Marangoni has announced a fund of €1m for student scholarships for the October 2016 and February 2017 intakes

The Italian institute's London School of Fashion was launched in 2003 and is situated on Fashion Street in Shoreditch; its BA and MA programs are accredited by the Manchester Metropolitan University.

Istituto Marangoni was founded in 1935 in Milano as "Istituto Artistico dell’Abbigliamento Marangoni" and in 2015 it reached a special milestone, 80 years of history and success in training the top professionals of Fashion and Design. The institute has been credited with launching the careers of a number of highly influential designers including Domenico Dolce (Dolce & Gabbana) and the late Franco Moschino.

The scholarship application will be open until 30 April 2016: students are welcome to submit their application at Istituto Marangoni The London School of Fashion. School Director, Charlotte Gorse explained: “We are extremely delighted to be launching our scholarship campaign this year and confident that our London School will provide the best quality of education needed to prepare our scholars for an exciting career and prospects within the industry.”
