Quiz unveils “digital flagship” store in Westfield Stratford

Fast fashion retailer Quiz has unveiled its new digitally integrated store in Westfield Stratford which incorporates its first in-store “digital kiosk”.

The kiosk feature enables customers to browse and purchase the brand’s entire collection online irrespective of whether or not the product is available in the re-opened store. To complement the experience Quiz has introduced iPads throughout the store to allow for a “complete omni-channel experience”.

In addition it has installed a digital scatter wall, which displays social media content, campaign videos and a photography from the brand’s photoshoots.

“Just like our clothes, this store is designed to stand out. Our products are designed to make women feel glamorous, so we want our store experience to reflect this by making our customers feel special and to leave them with a lasting impression,” said Quiz retail operations director Omar Aziz.

“Social is huge for us so we are delighted to be able to incorporate this into our physical stores via the scatter wall. By bringing the latest technology in store, we can showcase our wider offering and bring the Quiz brand to life,” Aziz added.

Headquartered in Glasgow Quiz operates around 300 stores and concessions (in the UK this includes in branches of Debenhams and House of Fraser) in 20 countries. The business employs 1,400 people in the UK and Ireland.
