Tom Ford rolls out e-commerce to the UK

Tom Ford has rolled out a dedicated e-commerce platform to the UK in response to the "incredible demand" the luxury designer has seen in this market.

The new tomford.co.uk sells the American designer's full collection from men's and women's ready-to-wear to footwear, bags, eyewear, accessories and beauty. It is the first international roll-out since Tom Ford first launched e-commerce in the US in 2014.

“Since its inception, Tom Ford online has become our fastest growing distribution channel year after year. The site has remained a beautiful online space to display our exceptionally crafted, hand made products, while still offering the superlative service our client expects,” Ford said.

The UK site replicates the aesthetic of the US site and offers complimentary shipping and returns. “It is the perfect platform to help us meet the incredible demand we are facing within the UK,” Ford added.

Tom Ford recently chose the UK for his first standalone beauty store. The high-tech, experiential store was opened last November in Covent Garden and Ford described its as "a pivotal moment" in the evolution of the brand.
