Urban Outfitters is due to open a new 8,000 sq ft store in the newly extended retail arm of The Brewery Quarter in Cheltenham this autumn.

The store will be one of the chain's only planned openings this year and will be its 30th UK store, selling a range of brands from the likes of Calvin Klein, Levi’s and Vivienne Westwood. Subject to Cheltenham Borough Council's approval of its external signage, the store will open its doors in the autumn.

Anne Hurrell, Asset Manager of NFU Mutual which owns The Brewery Quarter said: “We’re delighted to welcome Urban Outfitters to The Brewery Quarter. The store is a must for the fashion conscious high street shopper and is a welcome coup for Cheltenham and The Brewery Quarter. It shows vested confidence in the centre’s prime retail location and unrivalled offer.”

A spokesperson for Urban Outfitters said the retailer was "extremely excited" to confirm the new opening. "The town has a superb retail heritage with many great brands already having representation. The Brewery Quarter is the perfect location for us offering a prominent High Street presence in a popular, established scheme.

"We look forward to quickly making our mark on the Cheltenham High Street, bringing our unrivalled fashion offer to the town. Expect more details to follow regarding our store openings, job opportunities and more,” the spokesperson added.
